To maintain group recognition in APC an organization MUST have 10pts minimum every semester.

Every approved APC organization will receive 1 point for every general meeting they attend (regardless of the number of representatives sent).
For APC Point Events, the 3 organizations that have the most members in attendance will receive 3 points.
If there is a tie for top 3, each organization that qualified for top 3 will receive 3 points.
Host organizations cannot receive points for attending but will receive points for hosting.
If proper paperwork is filled out, the host organization can receive 2 points per event.
If the event is a collaborative event between two or more organizations, each host organization can receive 3 points.
A member can only sign in for one organization.
Organizations are limited to ONE paid event per semester.
Organizations are limited to five total events per semester.
Every organization must maintain a MINIMUM of 10 points each semester to remain.
Profit Shares cannot be point events.
Point Event Applications must be turned in two weeks prior to the event.
