ORGANIZATION POINTS

To maintain group recognition in APC an organization MUST have 10pts minimum every semester.

  1. Every approved APC organization will receive 1 point for every general meeting they attend (regardless of the number of representatives sent).
  2. For APC Point Events, the 3 organizations that have the most members in attendance will receive 3 points.
  3. If there is a tie for top 3, each organization that qualified for top 3 will receive 3 points.
  4. Host organizations cannot receive points for attending but will receive points for hosting.
  5. If proper paperwork is filled out, the host organization can receive 2 points per event.
  6. If the event is a collaborative event between two or more organizations, each host organization can receive 3 points.
  7. A member can only sign in for one organization.
  8. Organizations are limited to ONE paid event per semester.
  9. Organizations are limited to five total events per semester.
  10. Every organization must maintain a MINIMUM of 10 points each semester to remain.
  11. Profit Shares cannot be point events.
  12. Point Event Applications must be turned in two weeks prior to the event.
